Finally...Jarod's First Game

Jarod was so excited...today after a few rain cancellations he FINALLY played his first game today. They lost 12-8, but he had fun. He made several good plays and hit the ball well!

He picked number 26 for Chase Utley and of course his birthdate!

It was such a beautiful day...sunny and almost 80! Everyone looks like they were in the sun:) Here are a few pictures from the day. Of course it is easy to spot Jarod in the pictures because he is the tallest...

Grandaddy's Birthday

It was Grandaddy's birthday the Sunday before we Easter. We celebrated at their house with pizza and cake. The whole family with all of the grandkids, with the exception of Tyler (he was sick) and Danielle. She lives in Florida. We all chipped in and gave my dad a laptop for his birthday. We never thought we would see the day! This gift was as much for Grandma(now she can have hers back) as it was for Grandaddy. The kids all had a great time playing together. We are so blessed to have all the young cousins close in distance. We all love Grandma and Grandaddy!

Hard to Believe

Well here I am. I never thought I would do this...but it is a nice way for friends and family to see what is going on. Especially with my mom and dad moving to Florida. Happy for them, sad for me:)
